Still alive - logging everything everyday
- making better and healthier food choices with minimal exercises.
Five pounds to go - as usual !!!
I like maintenance eating - bouncing back and forth within a two pound range
and I feel good - I am active and healthy.
Still aiming for that final 5 pound loss ... slow and steady.
Hope everyone else is fine - the on-site food looks delicious as usual.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you Shirfleur --- I am happy to see that you are posting still too - It is good to see you again. I miss you guys but had a huge life difference - I am healthy and breathing fresh ocean air - I am amazed to be so alive!!! Thank you Maguscanook !!!
