No clue why my weight went up. 18 hour fast with no snacking, and intake was nearly the same as previous days.
I know by now, to plan the work and work the plan.
Today is the B day of lifting.
282.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
