I really didn't do much this weekend. Drank way too much beer, ate too much, and didn't exercise. Thankfully, I didn't end up screwing my weight up too much.
I am looking forward to this week of eating clean, staying sober, and exercising.
244.7 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
