May have been lax on tracking lately, but not so much to gain lbs so fast.... I'm wondering if it's water weight - I'm tapering the dose of a prescription I've been taking for about a year that is also a diuretic. now I'm only taking 75mg instead of 100mg. I also had some dairy 3 days ago.
