Last night was terrible. Stress is definitely a trigger for my eating. From ALANON I know that when you get to 3 of 4 in the HALT you are in trouble. I had Hungry, angry, tired and that first thing I thought of was "go across the street to Dunkin Donuts and get you a donut (or 2). I resisted, but it was very eye opening to realize this. Today is a new day, trying to have a fresh start.
