I have no idea how this happened. I have not excercised since last Friday, but to be honest, my eating habits weren't THAT bad. Some choices were not my best work, but since I have been on this website and following WW pts, my portions are more acceptable than they once were. I guess that's what saved me, plus I did a lot of work around the house which involved lifting many a box and moving things around. Who knows? But I'm happy.
