So happy with this week's weigh in. 0.7kg (1.54lbs) down from last week. Reached and passed my 80kg milestone in a little over 2 month. It was hard this week. Had to take extra measures to secure the win.

Haven't been defeated yet since doing keto in june. Had a feeling that defeat is just around the corner. The opponent is getting stronger and stronger.🤕 Next target 75kg. Ouch.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
