I've been missing from Fatsecret for a week or so because I was stuck and didn't feel like journalling "well, nothing again today". I ended up relaxing my carb limits and it seems to have worked to shake my metabolism loose. Back on induction and on my way back down again! Still working up to my first 5K on 10/11/14 and I'm doing yoga twice a week. I'm really noticing a difference in strength and tone in my upper arms and my core and a lot more flexibility overall, so that's good positive reinforcement. I'm also getting muscle in my legs and lower abdomen from the running.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
