YeeHAW! Down another pound! I have discovered my 'key'to weight loss! Waking up and exercising first thing in the morning! They say it takes 14 days for our body to get into the groove of a new habit. For me, that's waking up at 4:30am to make time to exercise! It's paying off and I'm LOVING IT!
Have a super day people! Off for another AWESOME day at FUEL conference! God is good!!! God is beyond words for 'good'!!

Heard this today...We are responsible for lighting our own fire! We need to keep our fire lit in order to move to the next level. What got us here won't get us 'there'. We have to make changes where necessary and do what it takes to keep our own selves motivated.
Encouragement and support is always good! We need to support one another! However, we can't expect others to motivate us to do what it takes to reach our goal. We have to find it within ourselves...do what it takes to get that pep in our step and the exercise groove on! No one can do it for us. No one.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
