My weight is down again today. I'm a little surprised since I didn't work out yesterday. I was having some pain in my neck and it was too distracting. I plan to pick up on legs and back workout today and double up tomorrow on Kenpo and Elliptical.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 72.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
