Got to find ways of treating myself for meeting goals that are not food related. My non-food reward for staying on track is to go to a comedy show tonight. Last week was buying myself flowers. Looking for ideas for next weekend...
157.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
