1000 kcal Fat: 60.30g | Prot: 77.16g | Carb: 58.19g.   Breakfast: Lemon Juice (Canned or Bottled), Dixie Diners' Club powdered sugar not good cookies. Lunch: Lilly dark chocolate chips net carbs, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Doctor Kracker Klassic 3 Seed Snacker crackers, Chicken of the Sea albacore tuna. Dinner: natural sparkling orange (net carbs), Chop't Red Onion, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Sargento Pepper Jack Snacks Cheese Sticks, Great Low Carb Bread Company hamburger bun, Ground Beef (Cooked). more...
