Trying not to be discouraged by the scale numbers! It doesn’t always reflect what I feel. My calorie consumption is up a little because I’m experimenting with more than 1200-1400 which I’ve been doing for a few years with minimal success.
192.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
