OH MY WORD This is hard! I am running a 5k almost every morning, and being active daily but the weight is not coming off even though I am watching calories. I need to focus not on the numbers but on the fact that I feel healthier, look great and my reason for doing this is my healthy future.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week
