On Day 3 of Chinese herbal weight-loss tea.
Have been taking Chlorophyll for about 1 week.
Regularly taking multivitamin & fish oil capsule.
Energy seems to be up!
143.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
