I last weighed myself 3 days ago. I hadn't eaten all day but didnt think and put it up anyway.

My son has started nursery and I walk him there and back pushing a double pram. the nursery is 2 miles away and it takes me a around 30 - 35 mins to walk it. Thats just over 2 hours of walking a day 3 times a week (this works out around 1000 calories each day). I want to try and do the walk even on his days off as I enjoy being out and about now. I'm thinking about taking pictures tonight and seeing what difference there is by the end of the month.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
