189.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Making progress on training. Now ride the Roswell loop with no problems. Seek to extend trail runs, rides on hills and hikes. Losing approx .5 # per week. Probably reaching base weight expect to add muscle weight.
