Today I had my one month check up, post surgery! The surgical clinic did my weigh in and was absolutely shocked to see I had lost 40lbs since June 24th. what made it even better, was they informed me that so far I had lost 14% of my total body weight which was incredible! most folks lose 5-9% at this point which is still good. Then my blood pressure was taken, 122/84 which was even better than last month. and other vitals were good! I feel so great knowing that my hard work is paying off and I am able to see it, feel it, and show it! This community has been such a blessing and I am so glad I found it. especially my new bff Shelby. One of the best people in the world hands down who is also going through a weightloss journey of her own. I love this girl to death because she found me right when I needed it. Thank you all for the continued positive comments, and support.My weight lifting restrictions were lifted today, so now we turn our eyes toward becoming the best in shape person we can be! Healthy, happy, always forward!
