Okay. I haven't been eating enough fat before yesterday!! I've GOT TO UP THE FAT in order to make up for those meals once per week with my mother inlaw!
262.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
