I have decided my restaurant burgers are too big and cutting them in half. Two meals for the price of one.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 39.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good boy!!! Great idea!! My friend has been buying me lunch, bringing back hamburger doubles. Ahhh!! Lots of calories, but never had one, and oh so good!!! I think for now on I’ll pack a knife, and half for the crows, sorry I am a crow lover. 🙃
