Well, didn't see a big change in the scale this week. However, I know I followed my nutrition plan nearly to the T and worked out hard twice so I'm trusting the process. My clothes fit loosely or simply just fit and I'll take that over a number change this week! Transforming to lean...not just thin. Goal this week will be to do at least 3 workouts. That is the minimum number of workouts I'd like to have every week for the rest of my life and feel like I can sustain no matter how crazy schedules get.

Setting myself up to feel successful so I can maintain the lifestyle changes.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
