1439 kcal Fat: 24.11g | Prot: 150.65g | Carb: 135.86g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats, muscle milk whey protien powder, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch: baby cucumber, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Mixed Salad Greens, TUNA, MANDARIN ORANGE, gummy bears. Dinner: classico tomato basil spagetti sauce, chicken breast, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Summer Squash. Snacks/Other: kirkland turkey breast, budweiser 55, jack links jerky, chobani yogurt, pure protein. more...
