Yea!!! I had a few days where - despite following the diet - I gained a pound on one day and two pounds on another, but I stayed off the scale til this morning and I feel better now. My brother suggested my body may be going into an adjustment period as I eat better and healthier.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
