8 oz Homemade beef broth with tablespoon of coconut oil

Lunch:
Salad with romaine lettuce, thin sliced yellow bell pepper, thin sliced onion, roasted sunflower seeds, tri-tip, champagne dressing

Dinner:
Two scrambled eggs with savory, thin sliced bell pepper, thin sliced onion, shredded mexican cheese.
