I'm new and due to medical problems I have to lose weight with diet alone. I used to be a gym junkie. This is hard! I'm not allowed to lift weights and I have to work up to jogging by walking ten minutes a day to start. I'm still trying to get Zoloft out of my system which caused me to gain 60lbs. I am really worried because thankfully I still have a lot of muscle mass and I have to figure out how to lose weight without losing muscle. I have a spinal injury, not a serious one, just bad enough to limit my activity level. I'm not allowed to lift over 5 lbs or to lift 5 lbs repeatedly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
