Day 2 of P90X. Looking forward to Plyometrics after work. Dropped 15lbs since the end of April simply by being aware of what I eat.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Calorie counting is a Great way to shed lbs. and so is the P90x. I'm ashamed to say I only lasted 2 weeks...not b/c it was hard but my schedule just didn't allow me time to focus... but Plyometrics are my FAVORITE!!! :) Way to go. Keep up the good work.
