Well as of yesterday I weighed myself and took measurements. We are starting a wellness program at work to earn points. SO I figured it would be a great time to start getting back on my diet! As you can see I have nearly gained back whatever I had lost last year. Such a bummer but this time I KNOW I can lose weight and what to do to get where I want to go. I just have to FOCUS! So Now I am back in my size 20 jeans, waist measured at 51" in the largest spot, and I am up to 266.8lbs. I am going to try to stay motivated this time! :)
266.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
