I’ve got to build in more exercise on the weekend, since I’m not getting the 2 miles of walking I do to get to work and back. That and ice cream are putting me on a plateau.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
