I took last week off of working out in order to go into my tournement fully recovered. Well, that also left me going into it a TAD heavier than I had anticipated. This week sees me start at 219; however, (and there is ALWAYS a COMMA!!) according to the funky scale at the gym my body fat perscentage continues to drop. I have dropped 2% points in three weeks.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 53.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
