Wound up eating a lot of fiber 1 as I need to keep the elimination going well--it helps a lot. Day went quite well--ate some chips--prob about 20--late--bad idea--they are gone--good!! Going to get the carb reducer stuff --I crave carbs and that helped when I lost weight before--need to go on full press--goal 1--132.4 by Thurs.--my annual physical; goal 2--131.something by next Monday--my cocktail party. More to come--gotta have a second cup of coffee so I can out for a run before it gets hot.
133.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
