Hello All the lovely wonderful people on this site. am chuffed with myself today. walked 17,953 steps the most I have done in a while. so pleased with myself. How are you all doing? weigh day tomorrow. dare not look. Still what ever the out come, well one has only themselves to blame. Weare the only people who open our mouths and pop food in good or bad. so good luck on your weigh days everyone 💗. very best wishes Merry Mel 😊
