Today's the start of my 12 week transformation challenge! I've lost four pounds in the past five days just by changing what I eat and the times that I eat. I've worked out twice in the past five days. Swimming!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
