One meal out and looking to feel better in tasty treats on weekend. (Still hacking away with head cold . Grrrrrr!!!) Motivated today to be/get better, for real! :)
162.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
