Drop is probably due to moving furniture at work (physical activity) and also riding my bicycle with Rich (aerobic activity) on Wednesday morning. I also increased my protein consumption.

Lowest level in over 12 years!!!
190.8 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 12.6 lb a week
