Okay... unlike last week, where I'd eaten lots of carbs and exercised, this week, the exercise wasn't there and I've gained. Oh well. My out-of-state friend is leaving this week :(, so I should get back into my normal groove of eating and exercising to finally reach my goal weight of 160.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 79.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
