The weight kept coming off regulary until the cruise we took on July 3rd. When I got back on July 12 it showed I lost 2 lbs but it was a false positive in my book because I was walking allot instead of taking elevators. I did good amount of exercise on cruise but also develop some bad habits which I brought forth afterwards and I am still trying to get back on track. I have to work harder on being focused.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
