The date today is August 6th, Not doing so good.I'm trying to portion my sizes and eat less. Been exercising on the treadmill and other machines about 30 minutes a day
202.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
