Thanks buddy. I don't have any fixed diet that I can share with you. The only difference when I was 50kg and today is that I take protein shake 2 times a day in half kg milk without any drop. I don't forget to drink half kg milk with 2 scoop of protein shake every time I wake up from bed and before going to bed too. So twice a day without any mistake. One more thing I follow is that I don't skip my normal meals now at all. 95% of times I takes meal 2 times a day and remain stress free. I want a good physique and can't let anything come between it now.
