Crunch time, wedding is 2 months away (2 months an a couple weeks to be exact), all this beer drinking and slacking off at the gym has REALLY affected my body mass. I'm still seeing my trainer twice a week, but that was about all I was doing. Now I need to amp it up and just DO IT.
