Well I hit my goal and actually am 1.8 lbs lighter than I wanted to be. Been going through some real tough depression the last week or so and that has caused me to be absent from the fat secret community. I've also simply been missing out on meals, not having the motivation to cook for myself. However today I forced myself out of my rut, jumped on the scale and logged into fatsecret. I've lost the weight in less than 2 months and I'm extremely excited about that. However, I know that to get the body that I want I will now have to start exercising, something I have tried to put off through most of this weight loss journey. I plan to set my new RDI to maintaining my weight and hopefully when I start my workout routine I will get the body I have worked so hard to get back. Good luck guys and have a great day.
