1286 kcal Fat: 28.52g | Prot: 113.79g | Carb: 155.37g.   Breakfast: muscle milk whey protien powder, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), frozen blueberries. Lunch: sweet potato, chicken breast, red cabbage, broccoli coleslaw. Dinner: baby dill pickle, great value french fries, foster farms lean ground turkey, orowheat sandwhich thins, Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Other: raw almonds, muscle milk whey protien powder, frozen strawberries, Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, cucumber, Baby Carrots, strawberries. more...
