finally moved a little

176.5 lb Lost so far: 138.5 lb. Still to go: 11.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.4 lb a week

In my case almost 2 weeks lol hey. Ill take any loss. 1.5lbs till my first goal (from 10 years ago) I think 11.5 lbs. Till my second goal.
