Started Metabolism Miracle ...great book! Start of day 3...so far not hungry. Need to stock up on some low carb convenience foods and fresh veggies!
274.8 lb Lost so far: 121.8 lb.    Still to go: 129.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
