Begin Phase Three!! Work up to 1500 calories a day. Had a very nice dinner of grilled salmon with olive oil and a salad. Keep the weight at 2.2 above or below 191.2 (Baseline weight) for at least 21 days begin today. Then phase 4! 2000 calories and regular food.
