I forgot to add Thursday Friday
So om Thursday I weighed 167.6
And on Friday I weighed 165.8 and as you see on Saturday I weighed 165.4 so not very much of a loss I think because I forgot to stop using the drops while I was on my period in which I started on Tuesday for the first time in 2 months. Whoo hoo thank god!
165.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
