I put on a pound today, but I didn't do my workout last night. We went out and got back too late. I did legs and back today and plan to do kenpo tonight. I also expect to be shopping today with my daughter. We need to find mommy something for mother's day. I'm going to continue to watch what I eat. I have been extra hungry lately. I don't know why.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
