with this way of eating it seems to leave a little leaway. I enjoyed cookies, brownies and pudding this week and still lost, I think because I still keep track of calories. Been doing about 1500 a day. Feels good to be able to wipe my butt without twisting with the aid of the wall.
261.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 111.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
