Friday the 13th. Gave Silent treatment but he pushed me too far 2/17/22 @5pm. 2/18/22 @ 10:30. While texting DOOR AJAR VOLUME UP
Didn’t bring up Mac beach till 11:30 pm
138.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
