Wonderful BBQ at my sister's place yesterday ... ate wonderfully. I did not indulge in dessert but I did over-indulge in the BBQ chicken and beef. Oh my! Well worth the indulgence and I see that my weight is firmly sitting at 193 as a result. No matter ... as I always say, what goes up MUST come down. Have a great day all.
