Why is it so easy to fall off the wagon when you work long days and have a long communte....ugh....time to get back on it though...

Started getting up earlier (3:50am) to make it happen since I leave at 5 for work.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 89.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
